ICP-RIE System Receives Deep Si (Bosch) Etch Upgrade

Earlier this year NTW acquired and installed a PlasmaTherm 770 ICP-RIE system (tool code ETC05) through collaboration with the AFRL Sensors Directorate at Wright Patterson AFB.
