Ohio State highlighted in IEEE Spectrum article on universities building a new semiconductor workforce

IEEE Spectrum recently featured The Ohio State University, as well as some of its research infrastructure and efforts to ready the required workforce for a growing semiconductor industry in the United States.

The article also highlights the university’s Nanotech West Laboratory, on West Campus, and the Ohio State-led, IMR-operated CAFE: the Center for Advanced Semiconductor Fabrication Research and Education. CAFE is a multi-institutional research and education center supported by the Intel Corporation that focuses on advancing the state of semiconductor fabrication for next-generation device technologies, leveraging world-leading research expertise and capabilities available within our team.
