The Nanotech West Lab community, and indeed the entire Ohio State community, mourns the passing of Dr. Lanlin Zhang Lee, a Senior Research Associate in the OSU ElectroScience Laboratory (ESL) of the Electrical and Computer Engineering (ECE) Department. Nanotech West Announces Annual Safety Retraining Requirement

Dr. John Carlin Named Associate Director

Dr. John Carlin, Research Scientist of IMR / Nanotech West, was named Associate Director of Nanotech West effective 01 November 2012. Nanotech West Lab Adds PECVD Tool

Nanotech West has completed the installation of, and initial process development for, a refurbished Plasma Therm 790 plasma-enhanced chemical vapor deposition (PECVD) tool.
