Nanotech West announces the availability of a Zeta-20 optical profilometer, located in Bay 3 of the cleanroom.
The tool (tool code INS09) is capable of the 3D imaging of surfaces with a z resolution of ~15 nm, as well as serving as an excellent optical microscope. Its purchase was enabled by the Ohio Sensor and Semiconductor Innovation Platform (OSSIP) program, which is funded by the Ohio Development Services Agency through the Ohio Third Frontier Program.
